Good Service

I purchased a video camera at the Greenstone Mall on Friday. The box stated it had HD recording capabilities. Once I tried the camera on the weekend, I found out that it was poor quality and no where near that of HD. I was disappointed with my purchase, but tried to seek recourse with the store I purchased it from. Fortunately for me, the staff at Game Greenstone were understanding and offered me a full refund.
