Good deals but poor assistance

The Game store in Greenstone is a good store to find a variety of house items but tends to lack in the customer service department. Staff is more concenrned about chatting with each other than helping customers. Not once have I been approached for assistance. Further, there have been many occasions when i needed help and nobody was around to assist. Yet, sometimes they offer good deals, although not always available. If staff attitude and expertise could be improved then i think this would be a great store to visit.
