Good day my name is chavone du Plessis I am very disappointed in game store Clearwater mall in 2018 my mother baught a TV which had a one year warranty she paid for extended warranty for a period of 5 years the agent wrote 5 years on the document how ever the TV gave in when we tried calling them telling them the situation they told us that the warranty expired already it was captured correctly on the system and the agent that wrote made a mistake how ever its not our fault that the agent made a mistake according to what the document is showing us is that the start date for the extanded warranty was June 2020 so according to them they can not help us fix the TV because everything was captured correctly on there system but on the documentation it's different its not our fault that he wrote incorrectly we need them to fix the TV as the fault was not on our side but on their side I can't believe that we can not get any help from them or any assistance Yours faithful Chavone
