Good day , I could like to lodge a complain against Game Massmart Canal Walk I worked for the company was permanent , I was dismissed on the 16th September 2025 and return back to Game Canal Walk on the 26th of September to complete my claim forms for my provident fund which is in partship with Alexander Forbes , everytime I contract Alexander Forbes thy claim that's there's no claim register on my name , I contract the massmart people partners thy claim I have no claim register on my name as well and it's been 3months now with no feed back , how do I go further in this matter
