Good day, A new Samsung A24, was bought from Game Kolonade , in December the phone is not coming on at all, want to return the phone and receive a new one because it's still under warranty and not even 1 month old. They refuse to give me a new phone, and want to send it for repair. I will not except this I want a brand new phone, because I bought a brand new phone for R 3999.99.
