Good day. I just wanted to share the terrible experience I had with Game store in Cape Town. I purchased a JVC item win tower music system. I used my bank card in purchasing the item. Now my music system is damaged and its factory fault. When I returned the item the person in front told me verbally that the warranty the item had was 1 year and on the booklet there is nothing that shows or even on the box that the item has 1 year warranty. I also spoke with a very rude lady in game which she told me in a very bad way that it's warranty and there is nothing they can do. I cryed that day and Nondwe nkwali managed to dry my tears and the rude lady did not want to give me her name so instead the manager Abdul Bakk Thomas gave me his name. Pls help coz I don't know what to do.
