Good Customer Service Rendered
The lady just went extra mile and she gave me good service from day one when I complained about my laptop which was not functioning well. She booked the device in and she explained each an every step and she even called acer when we could not find the technical report. And Rebecca Nokeri was so excellent and she promised me she will get the report for me and I was called again by her to come pick up the report and she did that within a space of 30minutes.
