Good Customer Service

Manager Collin and Justin (I believe his name was, he is the floor assistant from the Sport department) from Game Galleria in Amanzimtoti, were extremely helpful in assisting me yesterday with a bicycle I purchased the previous Monday at the same store. It was the second bicycle I had to bring back to the store. The first bicycle had a manufacturing issue, the second bicycle was sold with a leaking tube. The tube was changed immediately at the store and I was able to walk out with my bicycle. Justin went up and beyond his duties to make sure I walked out of the store happy the second time. Good customer service always brings back the customer! I'll gladly shop there again.
