Good customer service

I complained on Friday and yesterday as Game was not able to retrieve my slip however yesterday they were able to help me , got excellent service from Justice and Reuben from Game Westgate. They were so helpful and very professional at all times. Thanks so much for taking me out of my misery. But word of advise Game is a big store they can improve their system in storing customers slips and details especially the ones who bought big items that are still under warranty , manual storage is outdated and time consuming. Computerised system will save a lot of time. ....... Its almost 2019 ...... Game move on with times.
