Going the extra mile.

Went into the store in search of a product they had advertised. They had no stock to which we were sent to the customer service office, where we were assisted by the one manager named Kenneth who went the extra mile for us to find the product. He then contacted us 2 days later and keep the item safe for us to collect at a suitable time.
