GMe head office failing branches
At first they did not read the email requesting them for assistance. It was deleted and never read. Our washing machine broke on 24 March 2026. Ons Saturday 28 March we received an email that our message was not read and deleted. On Monday we phoned them and since then we do get answers from them.
