Gloomy Game

Is there a no star rating? My mother has been trying for over a year to get her credit limit reduced. I have been with her on two occasions when she has been sent to RCS. She has done this, then they text her to ask her about her account being paid. Now anyone who knows my mom knows she keeps her accounts upto date with payments. Now she keeps trying to call and finishes her airtime trying to convince them she has paid. Not to mention her stress and frustration over her account. Do they not check their records before stressing elderly people out! Not to even mention being unable to get any help on the floor when needed, you circle an circle a have to look for them... The young girls speak loudly about how black certain people are which I thought was so rude and inappropriate. I was standing at the cigarette counter and she was speaking at the till. Then we have the problem of the need to weigh stuff where you stand for 5 minutes trying to get someone to help you. There are some really rude and absolutely useless sales staff at game Pinecrest. I am sorry to say but they really need customer service training. The quickest help I got was from a guy from RCS who saw a need to help and not stand and chat. Lastly, let us not forget the young workers who omeoff the floor with their goods and cut into the line at the cigarette counter to pay for their stuff ahead of you. Need a say more!??? Appalling!!!
