Giving feedback on the review that I wrong last month

Since I long a complain on the 8 August 2023 for the product I bought to them, washing machine since they said they will collect and solve it, finally yesterday the sent a courier guy to fetch it, but did not left other washing machine they just collected only the white lady called me before collecting and told me that a courier guy will come then I asked her, so after that what will happen will I get my refund or replace the washing machine, she told me that I will choose what I want, so I'm still waiting for their call because she told me that immediately after the machine is collected I will get my refund or replacement but it's quite for now hopefully they will call me before the end of this day and solve everything because it was a long painful journey.
