Service at your Queenstown Game in Nonesi Mall is pathetic. It has reached a point of infuriating. There is no one at the section to help . after about five minute I see a lady and request for help. she assures me she will get someone. she disappears and no one comes. After more than 5 minutes of waiting a gentlemen appears . I ask for help. He in turn calls for Simpra , he also disappears and Simpra also never appears after about ten minutes of waiting I leave your store. I was not there to beg but to buy. even if I was there just to inquire someone should have been willing to assist. I have decided to purchase the lawnmower online. Your staff have wasted my time and petrol. As I was travelling from Dordrecht, 70km from Queenstown just to buy this one Item. I know your East London stores have far better regard of their customers that Queenstown.
