General complaint

This complaint is about Game Hazyview. I want to stipulate that moste of the staff at this branch are very friendly and professional. Complaint is bot directly against them.

Firstly the store was perfect as it was. Then suddenly everything was changed and turned upside down.

All departments have been shuffled around and now they are very mixed up. Even the direction of the isles were changed.

This changes does not work and the store is messed up. Was perfect the way it was before. The person initiating these bad changes should be fired.

After this changes it seems there are less stock available and worst of all many items have no prices.and it makes it difficult to take item for item to the till point and ask for the price.

The other problem I have is the excessively loud music playing all the time in the electronics department. Sometimes it makes it difficult to even have a normal conversation with staff members. Why does the music have to be so excessively loud??? This should actually be reported to the authorities because you should have a health and safety rep in store to identify these things. For your staff members to be exposed to such loud noise a the time could really be hazardous to their hearing in long term.
