Gazebo 3x3m bad experience
I bought a gazebo at Game online store at Baywest mall Port Elizabeth. After a week I received it, then the week thereafter when I had time I decided to assemble in garden to check if everything is in order. The frame was broken in 2 places and I submitted online return/Warranty claim only to be told telephonically 2 weeks later that the warranty does not cover the claim. I would not advise anyone to buy at Game, as I lost R1400.

20 Dec 2023, 15:15I have spoken to Campmaster themselves, and they have arranged that my gazebo be replaced, as it is false information that I received via phonecall from customer care(Game), that the warranty does not cover the frame.
