This is my second review regarding Game, I don't know what to say or to call now. I'm so frustrated, I want my refund. I'm always calling to follow up on my refund but with no success. I think a guy by the name of Natheer called me and promised the case will be escalated but still nothing and no one contacted me. Today I called in again to follow up and I spoke to the lady by the name of Akhona and she promised to escalate again for 10nth time, I then asked to speak to her senior, she placed me on hold as she went to get the senior, after about 6 minutes she came back and told me that her team leader says she can't talk to me as she's on lunch. So now I have refund issues and attitude issue from Game.
