Garbage service and ********* promises by Game

Game's service has left me feeling so disgusted, I will probably avoid their shops like the plague and avoid supporting them. I contacted them with a product for a so-called Price Beat. After a lot of missions trying to get progress made, Game told me I need to place the online order at 37.5% more than their competitor, after which they will initiate the price match within 2 business days. I doubted their integrity but they insisted I can trust their service, and trusting them was my 2nd mistake. Game also during this process initiated the delivery without prior authorization or even notice, making life even more difficult as I had to take off work to meet them unannounced. It is now the 4th business day, my attempts to get this matter of deceit resolved has been unfruitful, Game is not contacting me and they seem to be ignoring my attempts at communication, claiming "they're still checking things with the competitor", which is utter delinquent nonsense, as I provided them with all the details beforehand and a phone call doesn't take 4 business days.

Utterly abysmal service. Game seems to be out to make enemies - avoid shopping there for expensive appliances or be sure to expect weeks of headaches, stress and getting deceived.
