#GameToyreview winner no voucher yet been 3 months if not more now since the competition.

I have entered my kids into a game store facebook via youtube #GameToyReview competition where they had to make a reveiw of the toy that was bought. On the 22nd of august I have recieved a message that my daughter has won a R2000 voucher. numerous follow up and answer of we are escalating your question and still no voucher. To begin with we had to buy a toy to enter both my kids Rules stated that the top 10 reviewers on youtube with views and likes will recieve the voucher both my kids was in the top 10 my kids was used to marked their toy brand. then diff winners was chosen they rectifie their mistake and then anounce my daughter and other kids that was in the top ten but was not chosen. My son was also in the top ten but no voucher was awarded to him. Rules stated toys had to be bought before or 6 months prior to the competition no later and slips must be shown if you win. still no feed back and its been more than 2 months now. I would like to know when my daughter will recieve her voucher and when they will rectifie the mistake and award my sons voucher as it was cleary staded in the rules. I also know of a ladiy that was awarded a voucher whos daughter had less views than my son nor does she have a slip. Others already recieved their voucher almost a month ago.
