game/tevo is a *******

i bought a dribuddi at game in august last year ,i initially bought it to dry my familys clothes but after using it realised the clothes would be smelly once i took it out and not really dried completely . then i just used it for the babies washing thinking the adlt clothes might be to heavy or big ,but it did the same to the babies washing as well . when i returned it to game last week the agent from Tevo said he cant understand why im having a problem because he has had his dribuddi for 6 years and had no problems this far . all good and well ,he works for the company and that is his opinion . he said he will send it in to be repaired ,i said no i want a refund why must the thing be repaired . up until today i still have not heard back from them and it was booked in last thursday already . i am not happy with this , why did i pay almost a R1000 for an item that doesnt work properly now im being told its going to be repaired and havent heard anything back for an entire week now
