Gamestores delivery not as promised

One of the delivery staff members decided to not deliver my goods because he decided it's a high risk area.

No further arrangements were made by Gamestores Baywest to retry delivering my goods. Therefore, no 7 days from order delivery happened.

I was told my goods might get delivered today or tomorrow, I seriously doubt I will receive my paid goods.

When I phoned the store (Gamestores Baywest) both employees who I spoke to seemed as if they didn't wanted to talk to anyone. No friendliness that one would expect.
