Good day Ive being trying to close a gamestore acc since last year the 7th October 2019 with no help.Now I am told I should pay more money as the acc has being generating monthly charges.Is this my fault when I’ve done everything I was told to do to close the acc?i sent all the docs as requested to their cancellation email.Please help I am frustrated and I am no longer employed contact no *** alternative no *** brother
