Game's Terrible online shopping service

My online shopping experience with Game has been a nightmare. I placed an order for DSTV explora 3 on 19 December 2020 & haven't received my order. I called to follow-up so many times & ended up requesting my refund. Still no delivery of order & no refund. On 5 February 2021 i received delivery confirmation email from Game when i didn't receive the order which is utterly ridiculous. Right now they just say that they are looking into it & will provide me with feedback. I am very disappointed & frustrated by such terrible service.
