GAMES STORES ONLINE: No delivery on order placed on 30th November 2022 - ***

I ordered Xmas gifts for my grandchildren on 30/11/2022 and received notification that my order will be delivered on 7th Dec. I received notification from the courier services Wumdrop that delivery will be taking place on the 7th.

Till now, I have not received any notification from Games online or WUMDROP, until I have lodged a complaint on their online chats.

I have been calling Games online contact center from Saturday 10/12/22 and till today, no one has come back to me. WUMDROP sends me an email stating they have been at the GAMES store in Midrand and there was no one to assist but this is only after I have complained.

I want a refund now, since it is too late to get delivery by Friday as I am leaving to take the items to my grandkids for Christmas.

I need my money back tomorrow if there is no action for delivery.
