Games stores online is a joke!!!

During black friday I decided to take the online route due to the uncertain times we find ourselves in. I wanted to buy a washing machine from Game stores but erroneously bought a tumble dryer. The same day it was delivered, 14 November, I sent an email to game support to report the error I had made and then do an exchange. I did not receive a response. So that Monday I decided to call them and tell them about my predicament. I spoke to Camilla, she was friendly and asked me to email 5 photographs to her. The machine had not been open yet, so I took the pictures of the box and emailed to her. 2 weeks passed and I heard nothing! So I called once again and spoke to a lady. She too was friendly and told me to send pucture which I did again, just like with Camilla thereafter I heard nothing. I called again and spoke to a man named Mlindeni, he promised to resolve the matter and was very sorry for the bad experience I had with them. Needless to say I still have a tumbler that I dont need and I have had no response from Game stores!!!!!!
