Games Stores on-line ****, deliveries never arrive

Games stores advertised laptops on special but did not have any stock of it at the Game Reds Mall or Centurion but the sales guy told me if I order it on line it will be delivered in 2 days. It has been most frustrating dealing with Game, I ordered a laptop online over a week ago, than i received an email from Game saying it was delivered to me but I have received nothing. In spite of my emails and calls trying to find out what is going on there has been no communication from Game whatsoever.
