Games Stores Canal Walk - Worst Customer Service at Returns

I bought a Phillip 4L Air Fryer from Game Canal Walk August 2023. On 10 July 2024 the item stopped working. Not even being 12 months old I took the item in on 14 July 2024 to the same game store. They sent to to their repairer and 19 days later they (repairer gave me a missed call) I tried to call back but the number they use to call is not a contactable number.

I went to the same store again 27 July and they told me I have to pay for a new basket R650. I said I wont pay and they need to send my product back to store for me to collect. I went back today again 10 Aug 2024 and still no product. After almost a month I have no product.

Canal Walk store and staff including the store manager is ignorent and arrogant when I asked questions about their level of service. After my item is returned game will not see me again.
