Games store service is the worst

The worst experience ever. I went to the just to make quotation for only 14 items. The lady who was on a computer department was such a good she even took an extra mile to call on a mic a Stationery department for me. From there things just went south i had to wait for who ever was supposed to help for over 15 minutes. Finally this lady came and assisted me. When i went to the tables department i had to wait for over 30 minutes to be assisted hence the were no people around who needed help except for me. I then ask to speak with the manager, how ever he denied being the manager were as the other staff members are saying he is. Then the guy who was supposed to help me start arguing with me saying that I was talking on the phone while he was trying to assist me of which wasn't true. The manager did not do his duties to ensure that all his customers are treated according to Batho Pele principles. The fact that i trusted the store to provide me with stuff i need and at the end i was treated like i don't matter just because i was doing qoutes. I ask my self if the day i will come to buy those things, if they will treat bad or good. I'm very disappointed. Shame to game store. I now have zero respect for it!
