Games store are full of lies and there staff are cheating clients

Hi my name is Tahirah Esoof, I gave in my bennet reed blender for repair at games in gateway, umhlanga rocks on the 29/12/2022, today is the 24/01/2022, contacted the store spoke to a manager named siboniso who advised me that the 21 day rule for fixing appliances has not ended, I advised him that the time is over but he says it's 21 working days but it's not mentioned anywhere the word working in my invoice, I even got the call center to send me the rules and it doesn't say working any where in the rules , games is trying to swindle me , they refused to give me my refund.
