Game's SLOPPY service delivery

I made a purchase on the 1st August for a Ultralink Tv bracket and a Ellies OVHD remote control.The bracket was delivered,but it appears from my online account that the remote control was cancelled.

I'd like to enquire regarding the the outstanding item on my order, which was not yet fulfilled, but appears to be cancelled? If this is the case, why was I not notified? a payment of R 528 was made this is inclusive of the item that now appears to be cancelled.

Please provide me with some feedback, if unsatisfactory, after attempting to reach out to you,this complaint will be forwarded to Hello Peter.

Hoping you'll understand,that sloppy service delivery is not what I thought Game's core values are about.

To date I have not received a response from Game.
