Games service is useless
We needed a new fridge and microwave so my wife went to Game Cresta yesterday and spent over R10000.00 with them.<br> We had to pay to have them deliver the goods to our house in Sundowner and they confirmed they will deliver this afternoon.<br> My wife had to call them numerous times and she always got the same answer (they on there way/they will be there soon)<br> Well it is now 7.55pm and guess what-they still on there way.<br> How I regret spending our money with Game as they have no idea what customer service is!!!
