Game's service is terrible

All Game stores are utterly pathetic with their customer service. Phoned Wonderpark, Kollenade, Mall of Africa, Woodlands and no one is willing to help.. Menlyn's employee by the name of Oscar picked up but was not willing to assist at all. Terrible Service!!!
