Games 'Price Beat' gimmick
A warning to the public.... Don't waste your time with Games Price Beat offer... it's just a sales gimmick which they won't honour !! I found a pool cleaner, Zodiac MX6, on Hifi corp, for a lot less than Games price so informed Game through their Price Beat system. Game has now informed me they can't matcg the price as the items are not the same.... HiFi offers a 2-year warranty and Game only offers a 1-year warranty

So whenever someone has a cheaper item, you can just change your warranty period so you don't have to honour your pledge..... seems a bit underhanded to say the least !!
