Game's pathetic service

I bought a Defy washing machine on line from Game on 6/10/2018 and the full amount of R3229,00 with an EFT transaction. Game promises a 3-5 day delivery turn around and on 8/6/2018 I received an email confirming the transaction as well as a SMS notifying me that the courier will contact me via SMS to confirm the delivery. That was the last time I heard from Game. On 12/6/2018 (7 days later) I start en quiring on what is going on and call ***, the on line support centre and was promised a feedback per telephone. The same happened on 13/10/2018 and the same empty promise. I emailed ********** several times with no response, as well as ********** So at this point in time all I have is empty promises, no response and without my money. PATHETIC SERVICE GAME. This is definitely the last time I deal with Game, BUT I WANT MY WASHING MACHINE FOR WHICH I PAID
