Games pathetic customer service

Bought a laptop at Game, it's 2 weeks old . Too slow , freezing . When l went to their Eastgate branch l was assisted by Rangani who told me they can't assist me or refund me, l must just update the PC, of which it's wat they told me a week ago and still this HP laptop is not working. Further more inconveniencing my work. Prior telling the sales person l need a fast PC and recommended the brand. The customer service Rangani was mean and you could tell he was lying he knew the underlying problem as he refused to update the laptop himself saying Game doesn't have wifi to do those things. Does it mean Game such a big company are failing to provide wifi in their stores. Game l want my money or you fix this laptop or exchange . I'm stuck with this laptop after spending so much.
