Games online useless

Terrible experience with games online I purchased 3 no fear roller blades online on the 10 December 2021 they informed me that they had no stock of the 1 size and would refund me. They delivered my. Order in dribs and drabs I had to keep calling and following up on where my order was. Eventually recieved my order shortly before Christmas. The 2 pair skates were too small. On the 26th December I went in to galleria mall games I was told very rudely that they need to be returned via online. Online it stated that if you had small products they could be returned in store. After numerous calls still no assistance I have wasted so much airtime I'm sure must be over R1000. When you call in you kept getting put on hold. I'm so fed up no one seems to be able to assist. Have they never had to refund before. I will not buy again from games online
