Game's online service is trash!

I made an online purchase with Game stores around April, it was my baby's formula, nappies and a USB, they only delivered the baby formula the rest was not delivered. Their website shows that my order was cancelled even though I paid for it. I want my refund it's been more than two weeks of waiting. I've sent them emails and inboxes on their social media accounts I got no response. I want my hard earned money and I will never order from them ever
