GAME’S ONLINE HORRIFIC ONLINE PUTCHASR

I have never been so disgusted with an online shopping service like game. I got a fridge on the 21 August delivered, it was smaller than I expected. I requested a return so I can buy a bigger fridge. The first courier team could not take a fridge for a good week because their Car broke down. Eventually they got a logistics company to come and fetch it, which they did on the 5 august. I had never opened the fridge it was still sealed, but they damaged it. I have been taken to pillar to post by Natasha who keeps telling me they waiting for the logistic/courier company to take accountability they know it’s not my fault. Like how the he’ll does that have to do with me, I cannot be inconvenienced because of their stakeholder relationship. Today is the 19 August almost a month I still have not received my refund. GAME IS A **** I AM REALLY ANGRY I DON’T HAVE A FRIDGE IN MY HOUSE CAUSE OF THEM. I AM REALLY TIRED OF WASTING MY AIRTIME DEALING WITH THE SAME ISSUE
