Game's new money-making scheme

Game is losing its touch now and i think they have a new way of money making scheme. I had an unresolved query with Game where i was told that a complaint consultant will give me a call to try and resolve the matter as i have settled my Game account in Aug 24 but in Oct and Nov 2024 Game sent me Invoices saying i owe them.

I tried several times to send emails to their complaint deptartment but they advised me that i have never settle the account and if i wish to do so they will send me a settlement amount and they did sent me the settlement amount which i have paid and asked them to close my account as i don't wish to have any business with them anymore.

Surprisingly in this week, i got another invoice saying i owe Game and i am really surprised what is going on or is this a new way of Game trying to make money from their customers? Please reverse whatever you say i owe to my Game account and close this account as i have settled this account.
