Game’s never ending interest!

So I cleared my account with Game in April last year, thereafter money was still being deducted from my account, I took a few months to call them and when I did the lady I spoke to said it was the interest that I was paying for and the last of it will go off in Dec. I am still being deducted money today - for no apparent reason. My account is cleared! Don’t have time to be calling and being transferred from one person to the next!
