I'd like to give thanks to the game head office for calling me and keeping me updated with my case unfortunately since game mams mall called me once and the lady just wanted to here my story I've never received any feedback on how they handled my case

But my advice will be that kindly take your cashier's to do a customer service training cause what we see in store it is very bad, I'm a customer but for a cashier Tokologo kekana to just ruin my day just for the bad service... Games mams mall pull up your socks you can do better.
