Games Lack of Customer Support / After Sales Service
The matter of my faulty TCL 55" TV still hasnt been resolved in spite of a Game Representative, here on Hello Peter, assured me the matter would be escalated on 6 November. To date, No one has bothered making contact. Super. Frustrated. This issue has been ongoing for a month already
