Game's horrible online service

I bought a tablet on the 21st of February online as a present for my 2 year old daughter whose birthday is tomorrow. Today it's the 07th of March but I am yet to receive the tablet, on their website they have a 2-5 days delivery timeline yet they never meet it. Last year I bought a nappy bin for a friend's baby shower, the nappy bin took over a month to be delivered. I called them yesterday but I didn't get much help, I've just about lost hope of this being delivered. Online the status of my order is still on "order confirmed", it's been like this since the 21st of February. Game is truly failing when it comes to online shopping.
