game's extended warranty

I purchased an extended warranty from Game for a Defy washing machine and from the start the machine gave me problems and while under the defy warranty was repaired many times , now when the extended warranty kicked in game took 2 months to come and have a look at the machine and another 2weeks to come pick it up then 3 more weeks and counting an they tell me the machine is not in a state to be repaired yet all repairs where carried out by the defy tech. what a waste of my time and money purchasing an extended warranty from game.
