Game's Distasteful Customer Experience

Bought a Defy fridge from Game and it only worked for two days after being delivered then it stopped cooling. Went to the store, at Bloemfontein Fleurdal to report it and it took them 5 days to get a technician to check it out, while I was continuing to throw out food that was going bad because of a broken fridge. When the technician finally came to check it, he recommended that I go and get a new fridge from Game because it will probably do what it has been doing even if it gets fixed. I get to the store in Game Bloemfontein Fleurdal and an employee by the name of Thato, refused to help me, refused to even give me ETA on when the fridge will be replaced or how their procedure works but just told me to leave my details which is something that I did the first time when I went to the store. So at the moment I am still here with a broken fridge and a bin full of rotten meat, which I doubt I will be compensated for. I will never use or recommend Game to anyone ever again, this experience was distasteful to say the least.
