Games disgusting customer care repair service
I purchase a brand new Wahl machine for my dad on the 2/7/2018. I noticed a fine crack above the casing where the vinyl sticker was but thirty it was nothing. After two weeks of using we took it to game canal walk to ask for assistance as we found the machine cut very slow and hair was pulling. The salesman plugged the machine in and asked how we oiled the blades whereby which I told him I was instructed by the game salesman in Kenilworth where I bought it to apply a drop before cutting in the centre of the blade. After using it again we found the machine made a huge noise when switching on and we could not turn the machine up on the side where the ***** is as this made a unbearable noise. Blades ends up pulling out hair. I took it back now in August and had it booked in as the blades pullinh, unbearable noise it made and crack has spread up till the top ***** of casing where it's cracked casing. I was told an assessment would be done. The lady that assisted typed the machine needed to be repaired and now I'm being told I have to pay R200 + for new blades as mines worn out and a repair fee even though I was told I wouldn't. The quality was bad of this machine as I bought two and I told the salesman but insisted nothing was wrong. Since Thurs I have requested twice for management to contact me back and even went into the Kenilworth store where the repairs manager said he would contact me by Monday. Today's weds and still no feedback. This is the disgusting service game offers its clients. They left a young lady that had a attitude as she kept interrupting me when I told the problems at hand as well as refused to call the manager when I asked her to. I had to go to the floor Manager to ask for further assistance and all he said he could do was wait on the service centres answer which I understood.
