Game's delivery service is the worst!
The worst service ever, I ordered a TV last week Monday and I still not received it, as per customer service agent they still not despatched it to the courier but the tracking status shows handed to courier. I have sent numerous emails and tried their chat service but not reply. I would never recommend anybody to anything from them that needs to be delivered!!

06 Dec 2023, 13:52Another day nobody contacted me, I had phone after you guys just to get some inexperienced agent telling me that the order has not been despatched yet. I'm so fed up phoning and driving after you guys. Today one of your employees told me that it wouldn't be an option to try and refund my money as well because then I'd have to beg weeks for my money again. So where does this leave me?? Where is the management of this place, give me a solution??
