Game's customer service sucks!

Game was recently tasked with delivering groceries to my brother in a rehab in Polokwane. My brother has no family this side. Game sent me an email on the 29th December 2025 saying my brother's order was delivered. Only for me to call my brother on Monday and he said he has not received his groceries, only a bag of rice. It's not fair that they indicated that the damn order was delivered but it wasn't. To make things worse, they asked me to give then 24 - 48 hours to sort this out, I did that but it's still quiet while my brother starves because I spent every cent I had to get him groceries especially since January is such a difficult month for consumers. They better deliver that food or give me my damn money back. This is unacceptable!
