Game's Black Friday SUCK

I bought a Hisense dishwasher on Black Friday 23/11/2018 Since the mid June'19 I have been getting problems with this machine, I went to the Game store with my receipt (2) twice them promise me the manager will phone me. After 3 days of phoning that the persons I have to talk to is on lunch or out I got hold of Sky. He then told me that I can't return the machine, I have to wait for the technician (a local guy from town) he have to come and FIX my NEW machine. The technician was twice here to check the machine, He don't see anything wrong. But we can't wash as we keep on getting E2 problem codes, with a full or an empty machine it doesn’t matter. Some days it takes me up to 4 times resetting the machine and starting again. I can't run my Guesthouse business like this!!! I have phone and sms the Technician now 4 times since 12 July'19 with no luck I am returning my dishwasher to the store on the 1st Aug’19
