Games Accounts Department ***********

I am very irked and frustrated with Game for not allocating my payment on time , i paid my account R2500 on the 24th of July and my payment has still not been allocated i have called their call center department and all they keep saying is my payment will be allocated they cant tell me when my payment will be allocated mean while their system says i have skipped a payment and that is now reflecting bad on my ITC PLEASE ALLOCATE MY DAMN PAYMENT BECAUSE I HAVE EMAILED PROOF OF PAYMENT ON MY SIDE IT REALLY CANT TAKE A WHOLE YEAR FOR A SIMPLE PAYMENT TO BE ALLOCATED
